Hally Winters is a Los Angeles based short-fiction author and professional freelance writer.

Hally Winters is a writer living in Los Angeles, California. Hally graduated from UC Berkeley in English and was awarded the CalArts 2023 post graduate fellowship for her class on California Literature. She is also a volunteer docent at her local museum.
